About Me
Mike Resar has been a staple figure in the Triangle real estate market since 2002. He’s a member of the National Association of Realtors and holds a Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation, which is the highest achievement for new home sales and marketing professionals. As a Raleigh native, Mike is uniquely qualified to help you with your real estate needs. He has been married to his wife, Susan, for sixteen years, and they have three wonderful girls. Family is everything to Mike, and he loves helping other families find their dream homes so they can start a new chapter in their lives.
Mike has over a decade of experience in new home sales throughout the Triangle area. He has been recognized for outstanding achievement in sales and customer service. He is a team player, incredible interpersonal skills and a strong desire to help you find your dream home. Mike is big on satisfaction and does not consider the job done until you and your family absolutely love your new real estate property.
Mike is also a Certified New Home Marketing Professional and Certified New Home Specialist.
In his free time, you’ll find Mike out on the lake or at the beach with his family. He’s a board member of Addis Jemari, a nonprofit who is working to end the cycle of generational poverty in Ethiopia through orphan care and orphan prevention. Mike is an active member of Grace Raleigh Church and believes in bringing the highest code of ethics into every real estate opportunity. He’s nothing short of enthusiastic and can’t wait to help you and your family find a home that you will love for years to come!
